It will take us a couple of days to analyse all horses's form in detail and even then we won't be sure of the winner. Starspangledbanner has No Murtagh and thus No chance for us to win. We will give a chance to fresher horses and other trainers. We have in mind a Northen trainer in the race and that is Mr Nicholls with his Regal Parade EW However three more horses take our fancy and we will name them early in the morning here in an update. Selections and Results, 4th August Two Good Seconds Out Of Three Oriental Cat was the horse to pull and that was the reason we suggested half a point to back. He was not pulled, apparently, but he was beaten by some margin. Draw your own conclusions. However we selected Lunar Victory too EW at 16/1 and suggested 2 points EW to our subscribers. He came in second, a good second. Same rider and trainer as the first selection. Same info and reports. Finally Freckenham came in second too at 5/1 and was selected EW one point for the subcribers. Tomorrow we have five selections. Two for all, one more for members and two more for the subscribers. More news in the morning and more info on two selections which will make us serious money. Champion Sateks, Cape Blanco, Twice Over or Rip Van Winkle ? Racing Of Quality Tomorrow Leopartstown has the best and the biggest race of the day in the Champion Stakes. O'Brien runs as many as half the field to win this one and that suggests uncertainty in who might be the best among his runners. Rip Van Winkle, Bethoven, Cape Blanco or what else. To oppose the O'Brien armada are horses from England in Sea Lord and Twice Over. Rip Van Winkle was impressive last time but so was Cape Blanco and Twice Over this year. We like the chances of Twice Over and Rip Van Winkle and we will go for them in EW bets. We might hear somethins from Ireland and by tomorrow many things might change. Mardy Fish, The American We See Winning The US Open Winning the Us Open Is The Hardest Thing In Sport Nevertheless, Federer and Sambras won it a few times but also, Del Potro won it last year with odds of about 25/1 and then 16/1, when in the quarterfinals. It looks a similar story with Mardy Fish but at much higher odds. We suggest him as the outsider and live outsider for that to reach the quarters. His side of the draw has Djokovic and Federer to beat. Tough matches but ho knows what might happen. Djokovic will not be that difficult to beat if the heat and conditions bother him. Federer will be the obstacle but Fish nearly beat him in Cincinnati. He is a tough player with much going for him and especially the American public.
