New England Patriots vs New York Giants In American Superbowl                                                                           Final In American Football I am in London but I live in America when I watch American Football as I did in the last couple of weekends. What I admire about the sport is the professionalism of all involved and in particular the Governing Body of the sport and its officiating of the matches. I saw how the referees behave and act on the ground, I saw how the video replays and teams control the matches and I saw why the sport is so Fair and Just to all teams that it has won me over ten times. Notice this football(soccer) fans in Europe and everywhere. The ball is kicked and it seems as if it touched the knee of a San Fransicsco player. It might have touched but nobody could say. Video replay, once , twice and three times and it actually touched the knee just. That meant the Giants won the match because they retrieved the ball to that spot which was the thirty yard line of their opponents. That is why the more we watch that sport and its refereeing, the more we flee the soccer of ours with bent decisions, fixed results by proxy or otherwise. That is why we shout and scream for Fair refereeing in soccer and watch avidly American football. When is FIFA going to decide to provide Fair and Just refereeing? When is FIFA going to install instant replay in matches so that we can trust the decisions of referees? The Superbowl is taking place next Sunday and we will be here to comment on it and admire it.Join us then. The Editor

Murray and Djoovic Ambassadors of Tennis, Winners Of Fans                                      We Give Credit To Those Who Deserve It I have been watching tennis for more than a week now. The climax of the Australian Open is now in full swing and I cannot but admire, congratulate and applaud the main players of the final rounds as well as all the other players that took part in the tournament. Gentlemen, Ladies and Fair and Just refereeing. All the elements that make people want to watch a sport were present in exemplary manner and fashion. The big names were so well behaved that I can only compare and feel ashamed about soccer and the behaviour of players there. Football, our other popular sport, has been a betrayal of our loyalty in many ways. a. The quality of football apart from a couple of exeptions has been poor. b. Refereeing has been so diabolically bad and biased that everybody is really angry with the affairs of refereeing in soccer. Couple that with the exceptional refereeing in American football and a person like me, screams and shouts at the lamentable refereeing we suffer from here. That I blame wholly on FAFA's refusal to introduce instant replay in order to avoid gross injustices in the sport and that simply because they have an agenda. Instant replay takes split seconds. Where is the problem FUFA, Blatter and chronies of the sport? c. Finally football( soccer) has become such a ferocious battle between major teams that football has becom an arena of bouchery. Regardless of which teams, they kick, they abuse, the attack and intimidate the referee, it is a disgrace. I have gradually concluded that the less soccer I watch the better for my sanity and my peace of mind. If I watch tennis I enjoy myself, if I watch American Football I marvel at the players athletisism as opposed to anger when I watch soccer. If I watch horse racing of high quality I enjoy equine prowess. The Editor The Editor

Selections and Results, 28th January    No Winners Lately But Do Not Forget When the races are genuine we are there at the top. Tomorrow will be a case of genuine racing for good money and we expect several winners. We have already hinted at a few winners but there is more to that to come tomorrow. Captain Chris, The Favourite In Argento Chase Tomorrow   Captain Chris Should Have Been 7/1 Not Favourite at 2/1 We are never confident about favourites and Captain Chris is definetely not a sound selection to back in the Argento. For us he is not going to stay three miles, he is not a safe jumper and the race he was prepared for has gone and passed and he did absolutely nothing to suggest he is the horse many believed he is. Thus our advice is to LAY the horse to win. Time for Rupert and Tidal Bay will do for us. Pat

Murray Fights Back, Djokovic iN Control In Australian Open Semi-final        Djokovic 1-0 Sets Up 3-4 with Djokovic serving. Murray missed a golden opportunity to go 5-2 but... More to come I feel. Be back for more Murray winns the set 6-3 and so the match has taken a turn and it looks evens if not in Murray's favour. Both players look tired, they look already exhausted and I cannot see what will hqappen next. 1- 1 all sets then. The third set has been so absorbing it left me to the chair glued. Murray first, Djokovic then and that was ow Murray came to win the tiebreak and perhaps win the match and pull it out of the fire. 2-1 to Murrauy now but all that is happening is in favour of Nadal who must be watching the match and rubbing his hands in happiness. Both Murray and Djokovic look exhausted and they are not going to withstand the power of the tank, alled Nadal. Fourth set on. 2-2 sets now with Djokovic wining the fourt with no swaet. Who will win the fifth? It looks Murray, it feels Djokovic but if we are to go with form and stats this is Djokovic's game. Never say die because Murray is there to win the match and the tournament. Fight is on. The fifth set has gon Djokovic's way up to now and when the set is 5-2 to Djokovic with  Murray serving. 15-0 Murray 30-0 30-15 with a lucky net slip over for Djokovic. 30-30 with Djokovic great pass and two points from winning the match. 40-30 with a great serve from Andy 40-40 with a superb serve answer and it is all ending here I believe Advantage Murray Andy wins the game and it is 5-3 with Djokovic serving for the match. Can Novak finish it? 0-15 with Djokovic serving 0-30 and there is light at the end of the tunnel for Andy. Who knows? 0-40 for Andy Murray breaks and the match is on again. That was spectacular from Murray and Djokovic was sent back to doubts and ifs. 15-15 30-15 Murray 40-15 and Djokovic looks tired and beaten now Game Murray and it 5-5 now after being 5-2 down. That is a comeback. No, it was just another glimpse of his ability and his quality. Lost by 3-2 sets but what a game he gave us in these last five hours. Djokovic in the final but Murray deservedly the expected champion soon. Be back
